Receiving Orders Page

Note: In order to reach this page, the RoleThe role is a collection of system features. Each feature has an access level of either read-only or edit. A role is assigned to a user. The user has access to the features found in the role. of the Logged-in UserAn IntelliTrack user has an account with IntelliTrack and uses the software; is active in the system; has a valid username and password; is assigned to at least one division and one site; has a default division and a default site. The user is designated as either an Administrative User or a Standard User. must include the Receiving Orders featureThis feature is available in edit mode and read-only mode. Edit access to this feature enables the Orders > Receiving option in the web application and the Receiving Orders page in the web application as well as the Receiving Orders screen in the mobile application. In edit mode, the user may add, edit, and delete a receiving order in the web application as well as process an order receive transaction in both the web application and the mobile application. Read-only access grants the user the ability to view a receiving order in the web application at the Receiving Orders page.. To add, edit, and delete a receiving order, the role of the logged-in user must include edit access to the Receiving Orders feature. When the role of the logged-in user includes read-only access to the Receiving Orders feature, the user may view only view a receiving order; he or she may not add, edit, or delete a receiving order.

IntelliTrack Inventory accommodates inbound warehouse receiving orders. In IntelliTrack Inventory, receiving orders are managed from the Receiving Orders page. In IntelliTrack Inventory, a receiving order may be added, saved, edited, fulfilled (i.e., received), or deleted.

When a receiving order is fulfilled, items are received from a vendor and added to inventory. A receiving order must include an order number, an order date, a vendor, and at least one item being received. The receiving order may contain an unlimited amount of items; for more information; see "Receiving Order Overview".
